What this website collects
The site itself does not collect personal information. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and operations. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to download them.
County search
When you choose a county on the home page, the button opens a web search for that county's probate court. We do not see or store what you choose.
Purchases
Checkout takes place on a separate page run by our checkout provider, which collects the information needed to take payment and deliver your download, such as your name, email and payment details. That information is handled under the checkout provider's own privacy policy. We do not receive your full payment card number.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. Please do not send us details about your case. We cannot give advice about it.
